CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Barre – Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls, bands and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.

Boot Camp - The boot camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, kettle bells) and stretching. Your instructor will vary the exercises and format for every workout so no two boot camp sessions are the same.

Cardio Funk – Cardio Funk a fun, high energy, aerobic fusion of funky dance moves. While dancing to our upbeat, hip hop dance music, you'll be strengthening and toning your core, lower body and upper body at the same time.

Cardio Kickboxing – Martial Arts style cardio workout to help you develop a strong mind and body connection.  Learn proper technique for punches and kicks while ramping up your fitness level to increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, core integration and flexibility.  No experience necessary!

Cardio Muscle - This class offers a mix of cardio drills, weights, and metabolic training. All levels are challenged in this fast paced workout that changes every week.

Power Pump – This workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.  Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Power Pump gives you a total body workout.  You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

 

SilverSneakers Classic- COMING SOON- Increase muscle strength and range of movement and improve activities for daily living. You’ll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Your instructor can modify the exercises for your fitness level.

 

Step it Up – Step it Up is a heart pumping cardio workout that is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a step.

 

STRONG 30 – Packs a challenging total-body workout into 30 minutes. Like a Strong by Zumba class, this efficient and focused class is a music-led, calorie-burning, high-intensity workout that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training.

Yoga - Equal part activity and restoration, work through traditional vinyasa yoga poses aimed to develop strength, flexibility, and a mind-body connection.

Zumba - Mix of low and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning fitness dance party.

Zumba Toning- For those who want to party but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles.
